THE CHALLENGE
Volkswagen cars come with a lot of clever features, but it’s hard for customers in a showroom to understand what they are and how they work when they’re just listed on a spec sheet. Some of these features also only work with a running engine – something that can’t be done in a showroom.
THE INSIGHT
Volkswagen showrooms all use tablets instead of the traditional spec sheets. They also allow for customers to tap on specific car features to learn more about them and explore the car in detail.
THE IDEA
We added Volkswagen's well-known witty tone of voice to the showroom by creating a series of TVC-style feature demos that explain every feature of every Volkswagen.
